Professor Tim Congdon CBE joined us as our guest speaker for this lunch, which was held at The Falcon Hotel, Uppingham.  Tim’s emphatic presentation, entitled ‘Did the banksters cause the Great Recession’, enthralled all our Member’s and guests.
